Yield, Storability and Processing Quality of Potato embodies, several sets of experiments to investigate the potato genotypes for higher tuber yield,storability and processing quality and to find out the effect of nitrogen and potash on yield and storability. In addition to that, experiments conducted to find out the effect of different post harvest chemical treatments on storability and chips quality and slices treatments on chips quality are also included in this book.This book aims to provide the readers, with adequate information regarding the storage losses, post harvest behaviors, and biochemical changes of different genotypes stored under different conditions. The experimentation and their respective procedures mentioned in this work, are carried out at favorable conditions under very good supervision, and the results are thus obtained, by analyzing the quality parameters on well-equipped laboratories.
