WUSHU ELITE PSYCHOBIOLOGICAL MODEL

Along the manuscript a brief tour of the historical and evolutionary stages of Wushu, its main championships and regulations will be appreciated; the Sanda will also be studied from a psycho-biological perspective taking as a reference the different methods for the control of training with psychological (perceived effort, anxiety) and physiological (heart rate, lactate) variables, seeking to implement changes in the preparation of the athletes; that training loads are adequately regulated and can contribute to increasing sports performance in our country's elite for the different international championships.This book is divided into five large chapters that bring together visible elements of the study and its application to the mentioned modality. Likewise, some elements of theoretical judgment are presented to determine the psychobiological state of the national team in this modality of competition.
