Work conditions and work performance

Working conditions are a set of technical and social factors that are becoming increasingly important due to the social and environmental impacts of public and private business activity at the global, national and regional levels. Within this framework, the main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between working conditions and the work performance of administrative staff in the San Jerónimo District Municipality.the findings, between the two study variables, is 0.464, which indicates that there is a relationship between both variables, that is, the better the working conditions, the better the work performance of administrative staff. These results clearly show that the work performance of the administrative staff of this municipality takes into account the working conditions in which they are located in order to carry out their work.
