What I did during the health emergency

In 2020, covid-19 appeared and its first wave of rapid spread was seen in almost every state in the world. The Democratic Republic of Congo was not spared. To face this pandemic, the President of the Republic had decreed a state of health emergency on 24 March 2020...During this moment of restriction of individual and collective freedoms, we were, in one way or another, witnesses or perpetrators of one or more facts in our cities, regions or countries, which facts deserve to be told and immortalized. With this in mind, the Author tells us here what he did in the city of Kisangani, Province of Tshopo, in DR Congo, during this time of health crisis.
