Moreover, the study can assist the employers in arriving at policy decisions that will ensure efficiency in the enterprise, make workers work in the best interest of the company, and retain their loyalty to the company. Furthermore, the government of Maharashtra will become aware of the labor welfare facilities provided by the large-scale automobile industry in Maharashtra and could take the necessary steps to improve the facilities provided to the employees of these companies.
