WALKING WITH FOUCAULT: POWER, KNOWLEDGE AND SUBJECT

Foucault is a seductive and passionate author. Disconcerted, discontinued, deconstructed. He was a diagnostician. This research used part of Foucault's work to analyze a Health Unit. His main objective was to carry out a study at Centrinho Prefeito Luiz Gomes de Joinville (SC) (better known as Centrinho de Joinville), as a health institution for the rehabilitation of cleft lip and palate, focusing on the mechanisms of power, knowledge and subjects involved. From this, the need arose to analyze the question of power, counterpower and micro-power. To understand how the knowledge of the treatment areas were instituted, articulate and even confront each other. As well as understanding the processes of subjectivation and objectification of the subjects. As a result, we obtained the proposal to create a Social Technology based on a report model for the referral of cracked patients to Centrinho and a Social Technology based on a protocol for prioritizing the care of cracked patients referred to this Health Unit. In both cases, the patients can be newborns or late born.
