Visualization Techniques in Education

In the past, vocabularies were usually learnt through rote-learning memorization and repetition which were ineffective and tedious but the vocabulary achievement techniques and strategies which are used these days, such as mnemonics and semantic mapping which were utilized in this study are influential and enjoyable. This means that English learners should try their best in order not to learn vocabularies based on rote-learning and repetition, but to learn new vocabularies using semantic mapping and mnemonics. The new challenge of teaching English, grow distinctive vocabulary learning strategies and techniques to teenagers, which may provide the teachers with an opportunity to reexamine their practices and the rationales for their practices. Learning from teenagers, observing what they do and say and talking to them as people rather than students in class can influence teachers teaching and students learning in new and exciting way.
