Virtual Organisations as Appreciative Organisations

The following book outlines the purposes of two fast emerging and highly in- novative phenomena. While one of them is described as the most positive instrument of organizational culture, namely the Appreciative Inquiry the other one, the Virtual Organization, is an unbelievably popular rising organizational form. As more and more companies adapt these kinds of organizational work due to the fast changing and dy- namic environment, the main focus of this written work lies on how these two work processes can be linked to each other. The reasons for the emergence of these organ- izational processes are very different. An Appreciative Inquiry aims strongly for the human perspective, while the structure of a Virtual Organization is based on factual factors.
