Varieties of English and Advanced Writing Skills for WASSCE Students

This book represents the author¿s little contribution to effective writing and communication. The inspiration to write this book is deeply rooted in Jane Straus (May 18, 1954-February 25, 2011), the author of the original Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation. The author appreciates the efforts of his teachers, professors, and lecturers who taught him English grammar right from primary school through junior high school, senior high school, college of education to the University of Cape Coast. It is hoped that by using this book, Ghanaian WASSCE students would get to know and understand different ways to use grammar rules to ensure effective writing and communication.
