The Book entitled "Value Chain and Export Competitiveness of Potato" is focusing on three major aspects viz production of Potato, Post harvest Value Chain and the Export Competitiveness. Production of Potato discusses on the aspects of area production and productivity, cost of production, production and transportation losses and the constraints faced by the producers. In the second part it focuses on post harvest and value chain aspects which included efficiency in distribution of potato, losses that arose during the marketing process due to perishable nature.
