Users perception towards the resources and services of public library

The focus of this book is the study of perception and satisfaction level of the users of the District Central Public Library located at Virudhunagar city and to elicit information from the users of the Public Library and analyse the same. This book deals with the study of how to identify the users and their use of the library in the context of Library resources and services environment at the Public Library located at Virudhunagar city and to know the purposes of the users¿ library visit, about the users¿ opinion related to library staff regarding their cooperation, efficiency, building confidence in the minds of users in the use of library material? and the problems users had encountered when involved in library service.
