This study shows the surgical technique of using the hernia sac as a wall reinforcement in indirect inguinal hernias. The peritoneal tissue removed at the time of surgery has great resistance and local fibrosis with a very low recurrence rate and no rejection due to the fact that it is the patient's own tissue. It is worth using the hernia sac to reinforce the wall of indirect inguinal hernias.
