Chapter 4 contains important people that should assist the learner or reader during an emergency and disaster. Chapter 5 contains important facilities that can assist the learner or reader during an emergency and disaster. Chapter 6 Contains the dös and don¿ts. Chapter 7 and 8 have been added to enhance more practical skills.
