UPFC Supplementary Damping Controller For Low Frequency Oscillation

The book entitled 'UPFC suppiemeneary damping controller for low frequency oscillation" has been written expecially for the research work of M.Tech/Ph.D students for all technical universities.In this book subject matter has been prepared in directly and easily understandable style.Simple diagrams have been given wherever necessary. The design problem of the proposed controller is formulated as an optimization problem and Realcoded Gentic Algorithm(RCGA) is employed to optimize damping controller parameter.Simulation results are prepared and compared with a conventional method of tuning the damping controller parameters to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed design for approach.At the end of the chapter reference has been added to make a complete comprehensive book on the subject.This book will prove to be of immence use to the students doing the research work.
