Unveiling the Genetic Secret of Ancient Remains

Molecular identification of formaldehyde fixed old human bones through DNA extraction, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the presence of DNA or genes, when exposed to formaldehyde. Some unknown samples extracted for conducting this Research, The Research suggest 40 out of 50 samples are positive Results for Y- allele (M4 and M5 primers). Those which are positively Female for X-allele (M4 and M6 primers), are not eligible enough to showcase their existence.The primers are self-designed primers which is a deleted sequence of Y- allele, Primers displayed for Y and X is at 320 bp and 280 bp respectively. and are designed with reference to different databases, this study is further illustrated on the Gel electrophoresis under Gel documentation system.
