Ubuntu transformational Approach

It is more than a decade since South Africa became a democratic state and despite promises and efforts to improve transformation there still exist immense transformation backlogs. Although the current Government inherited a first world infrastructure, it is still faced with third world issues and imperatives, namely social development, service delivery, unemployment and transformation. The problem of transformation backlog is not one unique to the South African Military Academy but a problem faced by many Government institutions and the private sector. Despite having acquired political equality, members of the South African society are still not equal. This book is proposing a model to address transformational problems.
