"U.S Shale Gas Revolution and its economic Impacts on Energy Prices"

The purpose of this thesis is to give general information about (extracting methods, reserves etc.) the climate change, environmental and economic effects of this shale gas revolution that occurred in USA and other major countries. Recently, there has been a silent revolution in energy market. This revolution has been occurred in USA, is being stated as ¿shale gas revolution¿ and shale gas energy is being described as game changer in global energy market. Following general questions caused this thesis come up and the purpose of this research is to answer the following research question # What has originally caused the demand of shale gas production in the USA, and to what circumstances is there the creation of demand and production of shale gas in the US; and how does it impact the economy? Additional Question: How is the development of Shale Gas in the US, compared to the worldwide development of Shale Gas?
