Transport processes in physical vacuum

1. The delivered nonlocal theory (NT) demonstrates the great possibilities in the investigation of transport processes in physical vacuum (PV) including the interaction PV with Matter and Fields and transformation the PV energy in Matter and Fields. 2. If the Matter and Fields are absent, non-local evolution equations have nevertheless non-trivial solutions corresponding evolution of PV. PV is not a speculative object; the physical vacuum is "the third" physical reality along with Matter and Fields. 3. The NT applications are considered including the destiny of anti-matter after the Big Bang, the theory of so called ¿parallel Universes¿ and possible technical applications. 4. NT is derived from the first principles of physics; the general relativity and the special relativity are not applicable for the description of processes in Physical Vacuum. 5. The monograph contains the working Maple programs.
