Translating Legal Language: Agreement and Merger Plan

This book is about the legal language in general, that covers any sort of discourse concerning with legal matters (descriptive and prescriptive). In particular, the author analyses part of the merger agreement between the ¿Walt Disney Company¿ and ¿Pixar¿, identifying its main characteristics. It follows the translation of the text and the translation strategies used.
