I present here all that a trainer in development sector should be familiar with ¿ starting from pre-planning preparations to post-evaluations. I hope this will be of immense help to students, teachers, and trainers involved in conducting / undergoing courses on training for development. This book is a collection of ideas from several books and trainers; I have come across in the past one decade. I have also incorporated my own ideas on training from my long years of experience in development sector, and also as an academician teaching students regularly.
