Towards New Translation Quality Assessment of Hadith's Translations

This book consists of six chapters.Chapter one presents previous studies related to the evaluation of Hadith's translations and the reason behind writing this book.Chapter two includes the review of the related literature and the formulation of the new Hadith Translation Quality Assessment model. The proposed HTQA model is used to evaluate two translations of the non-figurative language of five Hadiths in chapter three.Chapter four concerns with the evaluation of two translations of the figurative language of five Hadiths.The problems of translating Hadith from Arabic into English, results of the questionnaires, and alternative translations are discussed in chapter five.Chapter six includes the conclusion
