Towards a capital market

Our textbook focused on the contribution of banking institutions in the process of creating a capital market in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a country that offers the potential of a regional power (Central Africa), which shares borders with nine countries and above all offers vast areas of strategic mineral deposits. Through this study, we have analysed the economic system of the DR. Congo's economic system in relation to the subscription titles held by certain economic operators. All these securities determine the importance of monetary and financial mobilisation, because the financial system in which they operate, brings them efficiency and solidity in precise terms, that of investment expansion, with a significant reduction in the cost of risk.
