The purpose of this research is to determine the most relevant tools for strengthening innovation in micro and small tourism enterprises in the municipality of Ipiales, using the prospective method of structural analysis Micmac. The methodology allowed a group of experts to choose among 16 tools, 8 of which, according to those consulted, are relevant for strengthening innovation. Through the study of the methodologies, it is sought that micro and small enterprises can adapt them to their processes and help them to harmonize with the tourism megatrends.
