Tobias Spichtig. Shows and Works 2016 - 2024

This first monograph surveys eight years of work by Swiss artist Tobias Spichtig, bringing together paintings, sculptures, and installation photography from exhibitions in Zurich, Berlin, New York, and Taipei. Spichtig is known for combining painting with discarded everyday objects—refrigerators, mattresses, vitrines—creating environments that disrupt and reframe the viewer's encounter with the work. His canvases move between pop-cultural references and intimate subject matter, marked by a distinctive blend of melancholy and wit.
