Curriculum is defined as a plan to provide series of learning opportunities for people under instruction. To create such a plan seems to be a simple and easy job. In fact to create a poor plan based on incomplete hypotheses, idea, considerations and personal priority is a simple job but to design a best plan for a group of learners that include using facts, considerations and interference of some decision making members is very complex job and important duty. Actually curriculum designers are hyperbole or overcharge about ability of other related people in curriculum planning and regarding needed time to do that, they devote less time.
