Time reduction in supply chain management

Logistics at Brasseries, Limonaderies et Malteries S.A. Bralima Headquarters in Bukavu which manages stocks (raw materials, production addictives, cleaning products and packaging products). Since management in general and logistics management in particular have become much more complex. Hence, the theme of the study is: "Reduction of time in the management of the supply chain at the breweries, lemonade and malt factories, BRALIMA S.A., headquarters in Bukavu". For the realization of the study, contains a double interest: - On the one hand, setting up the management of the supply chain allows to refine the forecasts so as to better take into account the realities of the field, to modify and relaunch the production plan for the required quantities and to deliver on time to customers. - On the other hand, it produces the best ratio while minimizing changeover times to an average of 0.8 hours for a changeover.
