THROUGH THE LENS OF THE CONSTITUENT: FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

CON EL LENTE DEL CONSTITUYENTE: DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES Y LOS PROBLEMAS JURÍDICOS EMERGENTES, is a work that gathers part of the life of the author and his colleagues of investigation that has been divided in three relevant subjects in the constitutional juridical world of the Republic of Colombia. This work is the product of research, propaedeutic exercises in various scenarios of the public life of lawyers; also the exercise in litigation and academia. In correspondence, the manuscript represents an itinerary of experiences where the most critical issues that this society faces have been highlighted, making a special consideration to the contribution that, from law, sociology and education is provided in the mission to remedy the social and legal problems.
