Thermal Preparation Of Coal Blend And Coke Cooling

The book is devoted to one of advantage technologies in field coke making ¿ thermal preparation of coal blend before coking. This technology particularly effective in combination with coke cooling in one unit ¿ «combine process», invented by B.I. Babanin. Author of present book and in common by E.I. Dorman have been perfected the combine process, offered heat tubes (¿losed two-phased thermosiphons) as heat transferred elements between coke and blend. This suggestion considerable improves economic, ecologic characters of process and raises the coke quality. Further researches by author with co-authors S. Staheev and V. Liapunov some more improved these characters. Particular attention is spared to questions of heat transfer and swelling pressure at coke-making sets, and struggle with consequences high swelling pressure and dry blend dusting. All these elaborations advance the thermal blend preparation (at variant combine process) on one of the first places among all foremost technologies at coke-making.
