Therapeutic Potential of Berberine & Asiatic Acid in Mice

The aim of the present research work was to formulation designing, in-vitro, and in-vivo analgesic activity in mice. In this research, we have evaluated the analgesic activity of Berberine & Asiatic acid in Mice. This book defining the medicinal value of Berberine & Asiatic acid. In this present study, various parameters were evaluated for the establishment of safety and effectiveness of combination therapy containing Berberine & Asiatic acid in Mice. Both the drugs in combination with their pre-determined ratios exhibited significant properties. The combinations 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 doses of drugs show a significant increase in analgesic activity as compares to singly used drugs, it is maybe due to possible different mechanism of action of two drugs.
