Beside the preface you will find three main parts,the introduction, the theoretical body of the thesis and the conclusion.

The first part, the introduction, gives first of all an overview about the historical development of transnational corporations and outlines the growing importance over time and the impact of this special type of company on world trade activities today.

The second part consists of the presentation, review and benchmark of different approaches and thereby establishes the theoretical background of this bachelor thesis.

The last part, the conclusion, consists of a short abstract of the thesis and assumptions about the future of theories and transnational corporations.
