This book was developed during my Master's degree at UERJ/FEBF, under the supervision of professor and doctor Mônica Peregrino. It was developed among young people from the Conjuntos de Favelas do Alemão during the pacification process (2013/2014). The aim was to understand the entry of young people from Alemão into the job market, even in a place with a high degree of violence, especially among young people, we found empowered young people establishing other communication routes.
