THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND THE QUALITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

This educational research arose after a situational diagnosis and empirical processing of data related to problems centered on low levels of work environment and deficiencies in the quality of administrative services at the National Intercultural University "Fabiola Salazar Leguía" in the province of Bagua, Amazonas region. These problematic situations were scientifically confirmed with the results of questionnaires applied to forty administrative collaborators, who responded to twenty indicators grouped in four dimensions: empathy, tolerance, leadership, context, of the work environment variable; and to twenty-five internal and external users, who responded to twenty items, grouped in three dimensions: attention, service, emotionality, of the quality of administrative services variable.
