The transformation of cyberspace in the administration of justice

A singular characteristic of public administration and administrative law is constant transformation. This guideline is better understood when it is glimpsed from a radical change of the states, organizations or institutions at national and international level, it is easy to verify that it has not ceased to expand frontiers, a situation that is quickly noticed when evidencing today the objective responsibility of the State or the expansion of the recognitions, tools towards the integral reparation. The transformations are many and very significant, from which derives the importance of a work such as the one the reader now has in his hands, but this idea does not constitute its only justification, which will be proven with mechanisms and elements of the administrative law discipline that facilitates a distinction of the object of study towards a change of innovation and reparation. Administrative law has a singular outlook since, as a force of public power in the legal system, it adopts an organization in accordance with the basic principles of the rule of law and includes public subjects.
