The social model of the manpower formation

The monograph is devoted to the issues of social simulation of the workforce formation on the example of modern Russian youth. The monograph presents the accumulated author's experience in nationwide empirical researches of Russian youth, there was obtained the evidence of actual stable influence trends of number of factors on the professional development of young people in the process of workforce formation which determines the possibility of model constructing to forecast the social preferences of young people with regard to professional orientation and further development of the youth labor market segment. The monograph has been prepared within the framework of grants RFBR ¿16-36-60002; RFH ¿ 14-02-00364. The monograph is intended for specialists in the field of young people socialization and the youth labor market, for post-graduate students, for students of training areas "Sociology", "Labor Economics".
