The Secrets of Community Practice follow up in Kabale District

Community Practice follow up is the best approach in solving the problems in all spheres of life of disabled persons because it ensures equalization of opportunities of Persons with Disabilities like any other ordinary person, so it is vital for all Community members ,CBO,NGOs,orthopedic workshops, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, Community Development Officers to employ agent of change so as to break barriers in Communities in all districts of Uganda so as to make sure that all persons with disabilities irrespective of where they live lead a happy and independent life. Further more follow up community practice helps to raise awareness in the community about the talents and opportunities of Person with disabilities and the vital roles they contribute in their communities when involved in community. More still it reveals the challenges community workers encounter in the community and the recommendations which local leaders, community members in service providers and the government should put into consideration to promote the rights of Person with disabilities to lead dignified lives like Ordinary citizens.
