The role of drawing in promoting children's communication

Many adults; both teachers and parents do not read meaning into children's drawing. They either see it as a fun or a creative potential in the child, but it goes beyond that.Children can express themselves through drawing depending on a situation, therefore children's communication skills can be developed and nurtured through the means of drawing. This book seeks to investigate the role of drawing in promoting children's communication skills at the preschool level, how adult see and understand children's drawing.
