This study aims to show the effect of extracts of three plants ; parsley Cissus rotandifolia(CR) and Corn silk (CS) on blood pressure and kidney stones, and the mechanism by which these plant-extracts achieved their effects on male rats after being treated with a lethetic dose (75% ethylene glycol and 1% ammonium chloride).This is the first research conducted in the Republic of Yemen. On the other hand, the study showed the protective effect of both parsley, CR and CS extracts on the experimental animals infected with the stone-causing meal. The results have showed a statistically significant decrease in the previously mentioned values when compared with the affected group.
