In a world invaded by the new information and communication technology, new communication practices constitute a precious social link. In order to allow a more conscious reading, our contribution sheds new light on the phenomenon of language contact in radio. In order to explain the interactional process, this book proposes a comparative study of two radio entertainment programs that share the same sound identity but differ in the language of broadcasting in a plurilingual Algerian context. This study remains a judicious means to any research work dealing with the phenomena of linguistic contamination of languages in contact.
