The need for a Global Parliament in teaching Ophthalmology

Grievance in teaching Ophthalmology all over the world-Awareness of Indian Penal Code - Our solutions Are we justified in learning and also teaching knowingly non-precise / incorrect medical terms to innocent younger generation without even mentioning misnomers and in turn making them habituated? Under article 226 (high court) & 32 (Supreme Court) in the Constitution of India-this can be submitted as Grievance. Our solution is to change or to teach misnomer along with the word. Title of the manuscript is changed as per the advice by Dr. Janardhan Kumar of USA after listening to my presentation in Spain- Appeal to all ophthalmic societies of the world.Awareness of law and errors changes habituation by many to correct further additions of inappropriate medical terms ¿ comments by Guest of Honor, beloved Dr.B.Shukla at my Key-note address @ EYE 2019 in DUBAI. Every ophthalmologist of all the countries question yourself whether you are justifiable in teaching and also learning knowingly incorrect medical terms without even misnomer and also in knowingly freezing evidence based science. Every country is having their own penal code, as per which are you answerable to young generation and patients.
