The management of the amateur artists' movement

The book titled The Management of the Movement of Amateur Artists, a necessity of the present university consists of nine subtitles, these are related to the foundations of the process of the management of the movement of amateur artists in the Faculty of Infantile Education of the University of Pinar del Río "Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca". Cuba. In this research, the management strategy designed for the contribution of the amateur artists' movement will facilitate their participation in the university sociocultural development, from the extensionist process; making them protagonists of the transformation in the intra-university community, as well as their personal and professional self-transformation, allowing to complement the integral cultural formation of the students as future professionals in society. The proposal allows readers to reflect on the importance of the artistic development of the amateur artists' movement, paying special attention to the skills and abilities that are developed in students through the systematic practice of art.
