The Management and Stwardship of Donor Funds, relative to Outcomes

This book examines the management and stewardship of donor funds, relative to outcomes in basic education in Kenya. This book explores five objectives: First, whether the management and stewardship of donor funds lead to accountability by institutions given the mandate to manage the donor funds. The second objective examines whether the effective management and stewardship of donor funds lead to increased enrollment of pupils in free basic education. The third objective explores whether the effective management and stewardship of donor funds lead to greater access to free basic education by pupils in Kenya. Objective four examines whether the effective management and stewardship of donor funds lead to quality education in public primary schools in Kenya and the fifth answers the questions of how effective management and stewardship of donor funds lead to greater awareness of financial management guidelines in the management of school funds among primary school managers in Kenya
