The Low-Temperature Plasma and its Applications PART I

This book highlights the recent advances in study of the low-temperature plasma and its applications, which was carried out mostly in the Physical Electronics department of Faculty of Radiophysics, Electronics and Computer Systems, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The results of such investigation were predominantly published earlier in the various volumes of the Problems of Atomic Science and Technology as separate articles in this journal. Additionally, some materials were published in Bulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.This book was prepared under edition of Prof. Igor Anisimov, Assoc. Prof. Oleksandr Kravchenko and Prof. Anatoly Veklich.
