The impact of the communication network

The book presents the main problems of communication development as a key factor characterising the effectiveness of all project activities. The necessity of synthesizing project management tools and methods (during the formation of the "toolbox") in the management of communication processes in the framework of both project and operational activities of the organization is outlined. In this case, the processes of formation and adaptation of the "toolbox" can bring a synergistic effect in the long term. In this monograph, a set of tools has been defined to assess the effectiveness of the project communication network. In particular, the density of the communication network and its impact on project results was determined.
