The impact of leadership style on administrative management

Throughout time and space, leadership has influenced different communities, organizations and peoples through one or more styles, and the impacts have marked humanity. The leaders of the last centuries have understood that the impact of their leadership is conditioned by their styles. Each style characterizes the leadership of each leader in a given organization. Many organizations and companies have managers and administrators who manage, coordinate and organize the administration. Very few of them have this ability to influence. Very often, managers are respected and followed because of the power given to them by the administrative statutes. The members of the organization need a reference point, a leader in whom they can identify. Leadership is the indispensable element in an organization, because the leader embodies the image of the organization. This research deals with the importance of leadership style not only for commercial companies, but also for all organizations and institutions in modern society. It aims to highlight the relationship between leaderships and management.
