Through this book we tried to determine the impact of physical training on integrated general improvement of physical parameters set in the technical discipline ¿ football¿, especially if the concept was transferable among young footballers U-17. Two objectives, the scientific point of view measured the impact of integrated physical preparation in young players, present a pedagogical tool for coaches and students in understanding the concept of training.To carry out this research, we use the experimental method, we proceed ELABORATION an 8-week program, apply to a sample composed of 23 players U-17.et after harvesting the results of pre-tests and post-tests, analysis of these results showed the following.
