This study is designed to investigate the impart of design and management on residential satisfaction in Students¿ Housing in selected Universities in southwestern Nigeria and it was carried out by using the users to do the evaluation. A questionnaire was designed to answer the specific objectives. This instrument was administered to the users to generate the useful information for achieving the aim of this study. However, the aim of this study is to examine the extent to which design and management factors influence residential satisfaction in Students¿ Housing with a view to inform Design and Management Policies in Southwestern Nigerian Universities.
