The Horse Ripper of Krähenbühl

One night at the Krähenbühl Estate, a horse ripper strikes. Thanks to the efforts of two dedicated criminal investigators, a profiler from the state criminal police, and Dr. Anna Krämer, they manage to unmask the ripper and put an end to the mutilation of the horses. The protagonist is the equine veterinarian Dr. Anna Krämer, in her mid-30s, attractive, ambitious. She stumbles upon the case by chance, as Anna had only been back in her hometown for six months. She had studied veterinary medicine and five years ago had accepted an excellent job offer at a renowned equestrian clinic in Abu Dhabi. Now it was necessary to wind up her deceased parents' company and sell the property. Her sister Bettina had urged her to take over her ten-year-old Quarter Horse mare Starlight Preppy as a riding partner. That was when the cruel horse ripper, a cowardly animal abuser and a murderer, struck.
