The Handbook of the Paris Climate Agreement Enforcement

The consequences of the climate change crisis is as clear as blur for the world. For instance, global warming, melting of glaciers, sea level rising, destruction of ecosystems, etc. But in this regard, the Paris Agreement as the latest legal achievement of the global community against the environmental phenomenon faces significant challenges. For example, Enforcement mechanism of the treaty is still in question. In addition, from Beijing to Washington DC there are economic concerns over implementation of the Paris Agreement. The present book is seeking solutions for the above problems. It seems that through taking a different perspective toward the agreement, one can solve a major part of the mentioned issues.
