The Q method was implemented using six experts from Austria (professors, politicians, NGO representatives and consultants) to analyze their attitudes towards the concept of Cap & Share and its potential in Austria as a stand-alone country. The study showed that Cap and Share is still not entirely feasible within Austria alone, which will have to overcome certain challenges before implementing the concept if it is to succeed.
