The book makes an in-depth discussion on the main reasons for dispute over Nile and GERD and the stalemate of negotiations by observing dating back to most defining and interacting historical and political and legal scenes. It analyzed here the three main reasons for continued dispute and conflict over Nile. These are mistrusting each other, the legacy of British colonialism, and external influences. After the commencement of GERD since April 2011, Egypt was opposing the GERD.
